We structure promotions into five main categories. Promotional balance and withdrawal rules
Promotional balance is separate from your regular balance. You can see both in your account — regular balance shows your own funds, promotional balance shows credits from claimed promotions. Some require you to place activity a certain number of times before you can withdraw winnings; others have no activity requirement. When you withdraw, we process your regular balance first. If you have both regular and promotional balance, your withdrawal comes from your regular balance. Promotional balance remains in your account until you use it or it expires.
